Return and Refund Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with the merchandise you received online and wish to exchange or refund it, please return it in its original condition within 14 days after receiving it. . Refunds are made via the same payment method you used online.

Please contact me at Uncarr@net-shopping.com if you wish to return the item. I would recommend returning the item by Royal Mail recorded delivery, as I am not responsible for items lost in transit. Please ensure that the items are packaged safely, and include the reason for the return. .

My PO BOX Address will be ready by the 29th December, if you need to return anything  before then I will give you an alternative address to use via email at Uncarri@net-shopping.com
